161.06 ADMINISTRATIVE DEPUTY CLERK OF COURTS.
   The Mayor may appoint with confirmation by Council an Administrative Deputy Clerk of Courts who shall perform all duties pertaining to court documentation and records and shall serve as a court liaison between the Police Department, other departments and the general public, as well as other duties as assigned by the Clerk of Courts. The Administrative Deputy Clerk of Courts shall report to the Clerk of Courts and be compensated at a rate fixed from time to time by the Council and authorized by ordinance.
