In order to provide increased hospital, medical and surgical insurance, effective April 1, 1996, at Village expense for the regular full-time employees of the Village, and permanent part-time employees regularly scheduled for thirty (30) or more hours per week, the Village Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the General Fund of the Village the regular monthly charges billed by the Village's insurance carrier for the benefit of such employees, with said employees contributing fifteen percent (15%) of the total cost of the insurance as a payroll deduction.
