(a) The Village may make available and/or allocate to the Recreation Commission suitable land and buildings for playgrounds, playfields, gymnasiums, and recreation centers, including the Village Community Center and the Village Park, for use when not being otherwise used. The Village may delegate to the Commission the control and approval of the use of such facilities by other groups, consistent with such guidelines as may be established by the Village. The Village shall have the sole responsibility for maintenance of the facilities.
(b) The Village may allocate to the Commission such services or equipment as the Village may deem necessary and advisable.
(c) The Village shall at all times be the owner of any equipment or facilities it provides to the Commission.
(d) The Mayor shall appoint a Bratenahl Recreation Program Director, from recommendation by the Commission and approval of Council, to conduct the recreation program. (Ord. 3863. Passed 3-16-16.)
