129.05 CONDUCT AT VILLAGE MEETINGS.
   (a)   Unless otherwise provided by Ohio law and/or the Bratenahl Codified Ordinances Chapter 121 meetings will be conducted according to Robert's Rules of Order. Citizens may attend and be heard at a public meeting of a municipal body in an orderly fashion.
   (b)   Meetings are to be conducted in a courteous and orderly fashion. Citizens are encouraged to take advantage of and participate in their government and to use their right of free speech.
   (c)   Every effort should be made by all participants to be fair and impartial while listening to public comments without participating in debate. The Mayor and Council Members will endeavor to address questions, concerns or complaints unless prohibited due to confidentiality, with a high level of transparency. Information shall be delivered to citizens in an accurate and timely fashion.
   (d)   Personal attacks, disparaging or insulting remarks, willfully disturbing conduct, or threatening remarks by anyone will not be permitted. Such behavior will be ruled out of order by the Presiding Officer. In the event such behavior continues, removed from the premises may be ordered. (Ord. 3782. Passed 9-17-14.)
