121.06 VACANCY IN VILLAGE COUNCIL.

When the office of a member of the Council becomes vacant, the vacancy shall be filled by election by the Council for the unexpired term. If the Council fails within thirty (30) days to fill such vacancy, the Mayor shall fill it by appointment.
