The legislative power of the Village shall be vested in, and exercised by, a legislative authority composed of six members, who shall be elected by the electors of the Village at large, for terms of four (4) years. The Council shall have such further powers, duties or obligations as are set forth in the laws and constitution of the State of Ohio.
