§ 116.04 LICENSE ISSUANCE FEE AND DISPLAY.
   Licenses, including number and dates for which issued, shall be plainly visible on the outside of the food wagon. Licenses may be issued on an annual or per event basis. An application on the form prescribed by the city shall be completed by the applicant and shall be accompanied by a fee as established by ordinance.
