(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall willfully, and without authority from the city, injure or remove any property under the control of the city, or interfere in any way with the operation, construction, or repairing of the water or sewer works, or who shall operate any valve or hydrant, or who shall unlawfully enter any building of the water or sewer works shall, upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment for a term not to exceed one year, or shall be fined in an amount as set by Council from time to time.
