§ 154.999 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount as set by Council from time to time for each offense, or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both. Each day that the violation is permitted to exist constitutes a separate offense.
