§ 154.423 VARIANCES.
   (A)   Requests for variances shall be made in accordance with the procedures and requirements set forth in §§ 154.395 through 154.400 of this chapter.
   (B)   Variances shall only be granted when the standards and criteria set forth in §§ 154.395 through 154.400 of this chapter have been met. Variances shall not be granted which would circumvent the intent and purposes of this subdivision.
