§ 154.304 NUMBER OF REQUIRED PARKING, LOADING SPACES.

   The following minimum number of off-street parking and loading spaces shall be provided and maintained:

Bowling alley	Five spaces for each lane or alley.	One space for each structure over 20,000 square feet in gross floor area.
Commercial uses (except as below and above)	Four spaces per 1,000 square feet retail or sales floor area.	One space for the first of 10,000 square feet of gross floor area, and one space for each additional 50,000 square feet of gross floor area.
Commercial uses with 50% or more of floor area devoted to storage, warehouse, and/or industry	One space per 200 square feet of gross floor area devoted to sales or service, plus one space per 500 square feet of storage area.	Same as commercial use requirements for that portion used for commercial purposes; additional space for non-commercial uses consistent with § 154.305.
Drive-in restaurants	Five spaces for each 100 square feet of business area.	N/A.
Furniture, automobile and boat sales, and appliance sales	One space for each 400 square feet of floor area for the first 25,000 square feet, and one space for each 600 square feet thereafter.	One space, plus one additional space for 25,000 square feet of gross floor area.

Restaurants and other food dispensing establishments, except drive-in restaurants	One space for each four seats, plus one for each two employees.	One for each structure over 10,000 square feet of gross floor area.
Skating rink or dance hall	One space for each 200 square feet of gross floor area.	N/A.
Undertaking establishments	One space per 50 square feet of gross floor area.	N/A.
Industrial Uses
Manufacturing and research, experimental or testing stations	One space for each employee on the major shift, or one space for each 400 square feet, whichever is greater.	One space for each 50,000 square feet of gross floor area.
Warehousing and wholesale business establishments	One space for each employee on the major shift, plus space for each vehicle.	One space for each 100,000 square feet, or one as determined by the Planning Commission.
Institutional Uses
Auditorium, stadium, gymnasium, community centers, and religious institution (public or private)	One space for each four permanent seats in the largest place of assembly, plus one space for each 250 square feet of gross office area.	One for each structure over 100,000 square feet of gross floor area.
Hospitals, rest homes, nursing homes, and the like	One for each four beds, plus one space per two employees on the major shift.	One space for each 100,000 square feet of gross floor area.
Schools, elementary and junior high	Two spaces per classroom.	One space for each 100,000 square feet of gross floor area.
Schools, high schools	One space per employee, plus one per ten students.	One space for each 100,000 square feet of gross floor area.
Residential Uses
Elderly housing	A half space per dwelling unit.	N/A.
Multiple family and townhomes	One and one-half space per dwelling unit.	N/A.
