No commercial vehicles or equipment exceeding 9,000 pounds gross weight shall be parked, stored, or otherwise continued in a residential district for more than 24 hours, unless in a completely enclosed structure, or unless they are being used in conjunction with a legitimate service being rendered for the benefit of the residential premises.
