No provision of any section of this chapter shall be less restrictive than those outlined in this subchapter. The off-street parking requirements and off-street loading requirements of this subchapter shall apply within all zoning districts, with the exception of Central Business District where no off-street parking is required for businesses located in the CBD, except where residential housing will be included. Off-street loading spaces are still required.
