§ 154.126 FRONT, SIDE, REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Front yard.
      (1)   Except as otherwise hereinafter provided, all uses allowed in the GBD Districts (permitted or conditional uses) shall provide a front yard of 15 feet which shall be devoted exclusively to landscaping, except for necessary access drives.
      (2)   When off-street parking is to occur in the front yard area, the front yard requirement shall be that the provisions of §§ 154.295 through 154.307 are complied with.
   (B)   Side yard. No requirements.
   (C)   Rear yard. No requirements.
