§ 154.124 ACCESSORY USES.

   The following are permitted accessory uses in the GBD District:

   (A)   Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory to the principle use, but shall not exceed 30% of the gross floor area of the principle use;

   (B)   Off-street parking as regulated by §§ 154.295 through 154.307, but not including semi-trailer trucks;

   (C)   Off-street loading as regulated by § 154.306; and

   (D)   Fencing, screening, and landscaping as permitted and regulated by § 154.254.
