§ 154.067 MAXIMUM GROUND COVERAGE; GROUND FLOOR AREA.
   (A)   The sum total of the ground area covered by all structures shall not exceed 33% of the lot on which the structures are located.
   (B)   Multiple family dwellings must have at least 820 square feet for a three-bedroom unit, 720 square feet for a two-bedroom unit, and 600 square feet for a one-bedroom unit.
