(A) Multiple dwelling units having fewer than five dwelling units must have a minimum lot area of 15,000 square feet. No less than 1,500 square feet is required for each additional dwelling unit over four.
(B) The lot width required is not less than 100 feet of street frontage for multi-family dwellings.
