The following zoning districts are hereby established within the city:
(A) R-1: One-Family and Two-Family Residential District;
(B) R-2: Multiple Family Residential;
(C) R-3: Manufactured Home Park District;
(D) CBD: Central Business District;
(E) GB: General Business District;
(F) I-1: Limited Industrial District;
(G) I-2: General Industrial District;
(H) PUD: Planned unit development; and
(I) W: Wetlands District.
