In residential subdivisions, the subdivider shall dedicate an amount as set by Council from time to time per residential unit, with an amount as set by Council from time to time dedicated for parks and an amount as set by Council from time to time dedicated for trails, or for purposes outlined in § 153.065. The contribution shall be based upon a finding of fact, as outlined in § 153.068. The contribution shall be paid in full at the time of the signing of the developer’s agreement.
