§ 153.016 DISCLOSURE BY SELLER.
   A certified copy of every ordinance, resolution, amendment, or regulation adopted under this chapter shall be filed with the County Recorder’s office. Copies of resolutions approving subdivision plats within the city, but contiguous to another city, shall be filed with the governing body of the contiguous city.
