§ 31.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates any condition of a special event permit, or any provision of §§ 31.01 through 31.07, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as prescribed by state law.

      (2)   Enforcement of §§ 31.01 through 31.07 may, at the Council’s discretion, take any of the following forms:

         (a)   Citation/criminal prosecution;

         (b)   Injunctions, declaratory judgments, or other civil remedies;

         (c)   Permit revocation; and/or

         (d)   Dispersion of persons gathered.
