§ 131.04 ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person who knowingly, or intentionally, in a public place:
   (A)   Engages in sexual intercourse;
   (B)   Engages in deviant sexual conduct;
   (C)   Appears in a state of nudity; or
   (D)   Fondles the genitals of himself or herself, or another person.
