§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor. Nothing in this chapter shall preclude the city from enforcing this chapter by means of any appropriate legal action.
   (B)   Additionally, a violation of this chapter shall be reported to the Board and a recommendation shall be made for suspension, revocation, or cancellation of an organization’s license.
