(A) A person having a duty under § 114.18(A) through (N) commits a misdemeanor if the person knowingly fails to fulfill that duty.
(B) It shall be a misdemeanor for a person to knowingly and intentionally, in an adult use business, appear in a state of nudity, or engage in specified sexual activities.
(C) Any individual, partnership, or corporation who is found to have violated the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall also be subject to revocation of any license as provided under this chapter.
(D) A person commits a misdemeanor if the person knowingly allows a person under the age of 18 years on the premises of an adult use business.
(E) Each violation of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense, and any violation continuing more than one day shall be considered a separate offense.
