§ 114.20 ENFORCEMENT.
   Members of the City Police Department, City Fire Department, the Fire Marshal, or his or her designee, the Building Official, or his or her designee, Zoning Administrator, or the City Administrator, or his or her designee, shall have the authority to enter any adult-oriented business at all reasonable times to inspect the premises for the purposes of enforcing this chapter and all other applicable state laws, fire codes, and building codes.
