(A) No adult-oriented business shall be operated or maintained in the city without first obtaining a license to operate issued by the city.
(B) A license may be issued for only one adult-oriented business located at a fixed and certain place and/or lot. Any person, partnership, or corporation which desires to operate more than one adult use business shall have a separate license for each business.
(C) No state licensed public or private school located within the city shall be deemed subject to any city licensing requirements or other restrictions made in terms of this chapter when instructing pupils in sex education as part of its standard curriculum.
