§ 110.28 CONDITIONS OF LICENSE.
   (A)   General conditions/closing hours. Every license shall be granted subject to the conditions in the following divisions and all other provisions of this subchapter, and of any other applicable ordinances of the city or state law. No sale of alcoholic beverages shall be made during the dates and times for which the sales are prohibited by state statutes. During the prohibited dates and times, no person shall be allowed to be in, or remain within, any room, place, or premises where alcoholic beverages are permitted to be sold for any purpose whatsoever more than 45 minutes after closing time, except that the licensee, and any agents or employees of the licensee, may be and remain for the purpose only of cleaning, preparation of meals, necessary repairs or maintenance, bookkeeping, or for the purpose of acting as security. Sunday sales are allowed to the fullest extent authorized by statute, and any eligible licensee may be granted extended hours by the Commissioner of Public Safety.
   (B)   Licensee responsibility. Every licensee shall be responsible for all conduct in the licensed business, and any sale of alcoholic beverages by any employee authorized to sell the beverages in the establishment is the act of the licensee. The licensee and employees shall maintain conditions of sobriety and order.
