§ 92.04 LICENSE AND REGISTRATION.

   All domestic animals within the city shall be licensed except the following:

   (A)   Animals less than six months of age;

   (B)   Animals whose owners are temporary visitors within the city for 30 days or less;

   (C)   Animals which are brought into the city for appearances in an animal show; and

   (D)   Dogs being used by law enforcement officers.
