§ 70.26 SEMI-TRAILER, TRUCK PARKING.
   No person shall allow a semi-tractor and/or semi-trailer, or any combination of separation thereof, to stand or to be parked for more than four hours on a street in the city except in an emergency in order to change tractors and/or trailers, in a designated area, or with permission of the Police Department.
