§ 5-403  AUTHORIZATION TO ENFORCE.
   The Building Code Official is hereby authorized to implement, administer and enforce the Property Maintenance Code; to issue summary citations for any alleged violations thereof; and to prosecute any alleged violations thereof. When deemed necessary by the township, the Township Solicitor is also authorized to prosecute any alleged violations.
