§ 5-310  PENALTIES; INVALIDATION OF SALE OR EXCHANGE.
   1.   Any owner or agent who violates the provisions of §§ 5-305 or 5-306, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a magisterial district judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues or each Section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
   2.   No sale or exchange of property (as defined in § 5-302 of this Part) shall be invalidated solely because of the failure of any person to comply with any revisions of this Part unless such failure is an act or omission which would be valid ground for cancellation of such sale or exchange in the absence of this Part.
