The Bradford Township Board of Supervisors re-establishes the authority of the Bradford Township Sanitary Authority for the purpose of distinguishing its purpose from that of an “operating authority”; to sate that said Authority is a governmental unit organized to raise money independently for specified projects (together with the responsibility to obtain and/or dispense funds for legal fees and/or construction costs and repayment of debt); and to authorize the authority to finance revenue producing projects. Resolution is not intended to limit in any way the powers granted to authority under the Municipality Authorities Act.
