§ 1-719  BOARD MEETING CONDUCT.
   1.   Those having the privilege of representing this body, as well as the residents in attendance, share a mutual respect for one another and the democratic institution which ensures and protects rights within the political process.
   2.   This body shall endeavor to conduct itself in such a fashion as to foster intelligent discussion and lively debate, based upon facts and to do so with a genuine concern for the betterment of this body and those it represents.
   3.   All in attendance, at any formal meeting of this body, observe proper decorum and shall refrain from making derogative and antagonistic remarks. In addition, foul language, rude and offensive behavior shall be deemed unacceptable by this body.
