§ 23-706 RESUBMISSION OF DISAPPROVED SWM SITE PLAN AND REPORT.

A disapproved SWM site plan and report may be resubmitted with the revisions addressing the township’s concerns documented in writing to the township in accordance with this Chapter. The developer will be responsible for paying the municipal review fee upon completion of plan review by the qualified professional.
