In the event that any of the above charges (with the exception of only the sewage connection/tap-in fee) is not paid in full within ten days of its established due date, a late fee equal to 10% of the applicable monthly charge or emptying charge shall be applied to the account and shall be owed by the customer. In addition, a one-time $20 administrative fee shall also be applied to the account and shall be owed by the customer for any account that is six months in arrears (which triggers the onset of the township’s collection process). In the event that an account must be turned over to the Township’s Attorney for collections, the customer shall also be responsible for the Attorney fees set forth in § 1-571, as well as court filing fees and other reasonable costs necessarily incurred as a part of the collections process for the delinquent account.
