§ 21-206  AUTHORIZATION.
   The Code Enforcement Officer is hereby authorized to implement, administer and enforce this Part; to issue summary citations for any alleged violations of this Part; and to prosecute any alleged violations. When deemed necessary by the township, the Township Solicitor is also authorized to prosecute any alleged violations of this Part.
