§ 20-106  COLLECTION CHARGE.
   The Supervisors of the Township are specifically authorized to impose on the owners and occupants of premises within the said township a charge for collection of garbage or rubbish pursuant to the authority herein granted, which said charge shall be collected from all such owners and occupants whether or not such owners or occupants avail themselves of the township facilities. If one or more business occupies a building, each business will be charged monthly for garbage and rubbish removal. If the property is a rental property, it will be the property owner’s responsibility to inform the Township Office when a property is vacant and when it is again occupied. The property owner shall be responsible for any bill left by a tenant. Any additional bags of garbage or rubbish shall be assessed at the fee in effect and designated by the township fee schedule, as may be amended from time to time.
