1. For the purpose of this part, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. All animal and vegetable waste resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking or consumption of food.
PERSON. Any natural person, association, partnership or corporation.
RUBBISH. Mixed and waste fragments resulting from the use and occupancy of premises including, but not limited to, glass, metal, paper, wood, rags, tin, leather, rubber, plastic, but not including ashes, leaves, grass cuttings or prunings from trees or shrubs.
2. The singular shall include the plural and the use of any gender shall include all genders.
