It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation with a building or other structure connected to the public sanitary sewage system to connect any roof drain to said sewers or to permit any roof drain to remain connected to the same or to permit, allow or cause to enter into the system any stormwater, foundation drain water, spring water, surface water, sump pump or any sewage or industrial waste other than that for which a permit has been issued.
