Every owner of property in the township whose property abuts upon any public sanitary sewage system now or hereafter constructed by the township or any other municipal authority shall connect, at the owner’s own cost, with such public sanitary sewage system, any house, building or other structures located on said property and occupied or intended for human occupancy and having sanitary sewage produced thereon for the purpose of disposing of all acceptable sanitary sewage discharged or produced from said property. Provided that, in order to be required to connect, the public sanitary sewage system shall be no further than 150 feet from such house, principal building or other principal structure.
