The Bradford Sanitary Authority’s system is also utilized in certain respects to provide sewage services to both persons and the township. As such, the Bradford Sanitary Authority’s rules and regulations (which may be amended from time to time) are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety and any violation of said rules and regulations shall also be a violation of these rules and regulations. Copies of the current versions of said rules and regulations shall be retained by the township at the Township Office and made available to the public upon request. Copies may also be obtained by contacting the Bradford Sanitary Authority.
