The City of Bradford’s ordinance authorizing participation in an interjurisdictional pretreatment agreement and the associated interjurisdictional pretreatment agreement (which may be amended from time to time) are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety. Copies of the current versions of said ordinance(s) and agreement shall be retained by the township at the Township Office and made available to the public upon request. Copies may also be obtained by contacting the City of Bradford.
