The City of Bradford’s ordinance(s) pertaining to unacceptable sanitary sewage (which may be amended from time to time) is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety and any violation of said ordinance(s) shall also be a violation of these rules and regulations that is governed by § 18-314 of these rules and regulations. Additionally, any provisions of the Bradford Sanitary Authority’s rule and regulations pertaining to unacceptable sanitary sewage (which may be amended from time to time) are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety and any violation of the pertinent provisions of said rules and regulations shall also be a violation of these rules and regulations that is governed by § 18-314. Copies of the current versions of said ordinance(s) and/or rules and regulations shall be retained by the township at the Township Office and made available to the public upon request. Copies may also be obtained by contacting the City of Bradford or the Bradford Sanitary Authority.
