In addition to any other remedies provided in this Part, any violation of § 18-128 shall constitute a nuisance and shall be abated by the township or the Authority by either seeking appropriate equitable or legal relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. In addition thereto, in the event that the township or the Authority shall abate the nuisance as herein defined, in accordance with the terms hereof, the owner of the property involved shall be obligated to reimburse the township or the Authority for all expenses incurred by as a result of such abatement.
