§ 18-109 SCHEDULE OF SEWAGE ENFORCEMENT SERVICES AND FEES.

   1.   Application for sewage permit.

      A.   Basic services include:

         (1)   Evaluate test pits (one inspection trip);

         (2)   Run and evaluate percolation test (one inspection trip if required);

         (3)   Final inspection (one inspection trip, if required); and

         (4)   Process application.

      B.   Fees shall be in accordance with a fee schedule as established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.

   2.   Payments. All payments by applicants are to be made payable to the township and shall be presented to the Township Secretary.
