§ 15-206  ONE-WAY STREETS ESTABLISHED.
   1.   One-way streets shall be established and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle on any one-way street other than in the direction established for traffic on that street.
   2.   Any person who violates any provision of this Section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
