§ 13-214  ABATEMENT OF NUISANCES.
   In addition to the remedies provided in § 13-213, any continued violations of this Part shall constitute a nuisance in fact and the Board, in its opinion, may determine that any violation does constitute a nuisance. In either or both of such instances, the Board may proceed in a court of equity against the violator for relief by seeking to abate such nuisance.
