1. The Board of Supervisors shall establish an appeals board consisting of five members to hear and decide cases regarding interpretations of this Part and variances for undue hardship situations.
2. The membership of the Appeals Board shall contain at least one member who is qualified by training and experience in the field of noise control and noise control regulations.
