The Board of Supervisors are hereby authorized to appropriate moneys from the governmental funds of the township as approved by resolution duly adopted in accordance with the Tuna Valley COG bylaws to:
A. Pay any membership fees and/or duties in the COG;
B. Pay the township’s proportionate share of any other miscellaneous administrative fees and costs; and
C. Pay the township’s proportionate share of any program assessments for projects or programs undertaken through the COG in which the township participates.
