§ 1-304  ADOPTION OF BYLAWS.
   The township hereby approves adoption of the bylaws of the Tuna Valley COG, which bylaws as approved by the COG shall be incorporated in this Subpart by reference. The Board of Supervisors are authorized by resolution duly adopted to approve future modifications or amendments of such bylaws on behalf of the township.
